About Mortal Kombat 1

The Fire God Liu Kang has created a reborn Mortal Kombat universe. It feels familiar, but it has been changed in big ways. The game brings a new fighting system, new modes and new fatalities.

Invasions is a single-player campaign built from different challenges. It adds progression and RPG mechanics to the fighting and pays out plenty of rewards. In every match you can also bring a Kameo, a partner who joins in with special moves, throws and defensive Breakers.

For multiplayer, Steam lists online PvP, split-screen PvP and cross-platform multiplayer, so you can play against friends on the same couch or online.

Which edition should I choose?

• Standard Edition: the base game.
• Premium Edition: the base game plus the Kombat Pack (six playable fighters: Omni-Man, Quan Chi, Peacemaker, Ermac, Homelander and Takeda, and five Kameo fighters: Tremor, Mavado, Janet Cage, Ferra and Khameleon), a Jean-Claude Van Damme skin for Johnny Cage and 1,250 Dragon Krystals.
