About Street Fighter 6

The game is split into three modes. Fighting Ground is the core fighting mode. It has three control types, Classic, Modern and Dynamic, so you can play at your own skill level. A new resource system, the Drive Gauge, needs careful management, and real-time commentary explains what is happening in your match.

World Tour is a single-player story mode. You create an avatar, explore Metro City and beyond, and learn fighting styles from Masters. The Battle Hub is the online meeting place: your avatar walks the floor, checks out arcade cabinets and plays against other people. The Game Center adds classic Capcom arcade games.

The game launched with 18 fighters, among them Ryu, Chun-Li, Luke, Jamie and Kimberly. Steam lists online PvP, shared or split-screen PvP and cross-platform multiplayer.

Which edition should I choose?

• Standard Edition: the base game.
• Deluxe Edition: the base game plus the Year 1 Character Pass (Rashid, A.K.I., Ed and Akuma, with Outfit 1 colors 3 to 10 for those four) and 4,200 Drive Tickets.
• Ultimate Edition: the base game plus the Year 1 Ultimate Pass: the same four characters with Outfit 1 colors 3 to 10, Outfit 2 and Outfit 3 (each with colors 1 to 10), two extra stages and 7,700 Drive Tickets.

How to activate

Steam (PC)

1. Install Steam and sign in to your Steam account.
2. Select Games → Activate a Product on Steam in the top menu.
3. Enter the key from your order email. The game is added to your library, ready to download.

Xbox

1. Sign in to your Microsoft account at microsoft.com/redeem, or open the Microsoft Store on your console and choose Redeem.
2. Enter the 25-character key from your order email and confirm.
3. The game is added to your account. Install it from My games & apps.

PlayStation

1. On your console, open the PlayStation Store.
2. Select the menu (…) at the top of the screen and choose Redeem Code.
3. Enter the 12-character code from your order email. The game is added to your library, ready to download.

Online multiplayer needs a paid membership on consoles: a Game Pass membership with online play on Xbox and PlayStation Plus on PlayStation.

System requirements
