Astroneer is a space exploration and base-building game from System Era Softworks. It began in Steam Early Access in 2016 and reached version 1.0 in February 2019. The key activates on Steam.

About Astroneer

You play an Astroneer, a trained explorer sent to the frontiers of space. Your main tool is the Terrain Tool, which lets you dig, collect, shape, build and color the ground, so the landscape itself is something you can mold.

The solar system has seven celestial bodies, and each one can be explored from the surface down to the core. They differ in geography and biomes, and strange structures and artifacts hint at a mystery behind them.

You build bases from modular parts that snap together. Over time you add crafting stations, power plants and railways, plus harvesters that gather resources, and you can automate your production lines.

You can play alone or with friends. Steam lists online co-op for two to four players. If you play solo online, other players can drop in and out of your world. The developer has also said it will keep adding free content updates.
