Find Your Product Code
If the game hasn’t been automatically added to your account, you can locate the product code in the confirmation email sent after your purchase. Alternatively, check inside the game box or manual.
How to Redeem Your Code on ea.com
- Visit ea.com/redeem.
- For PC codes, click the Redeem button. For other platforms, select the appropriate button just below.
- Enter your product code and click Next.
- Once redeemed, the game will be added to your account and ready for download.
Redeeming Your Product Code in the EA App
- If you don’t have the EA app, you can download it here: https://www.ea.com/ea-app.
- Launch the EA app.
- Log in to your EA Account.
- Open My Library.
- Select Redeem Code.
