Mafia: The Old Country

About Mafia: The Old Country

The story follows Enzo Favara, who grew up in forced labor and wants a better life. He joins the Torrisi crime family, takes an oath to the Mafia and learns what loyalty to the family costs. The setting is Sicily in the 1900s, an age of vendettas and protection rackets, where rival families fight turf wars out of public sight.

Combat mixes melee and firearms. Up close you fight with a stiletto blade, in duels or stealth takedowns. At range you use handguns, rifles and shotguns of the period, including the lupara sawed-off shotgun. You travel on foot, on horseback or in the motorcars of the time.

The locations range from rugged countryside to city alleys, with underground crypts, crumbling ruins, vineyards and opera houses along the way.

• Single-player story
• Melee, stealth and gunplay
• Horses and early motorcars for getting around
• Full controller support and HDR
