About Hell Let Loose

Matches are squad-based 50 vs 50 battles on large maps covering the Eastern and Western Fronts and North Africa. Teams fight over capture sectors along a front line that moves as the battle goes on.

You choose one of 14 roles spread across Command, Infantry, Recon and Armour units, such as Officer, Spotter, Medic or Tank Commander. Each role has its own historical weapons, vehicles and equipment, and teamwork counts for more than kill totals.

Resources add a strategy layer. Teams manage supplies to call in support, bombing runs, strafing runs and new vehicles, and to reinforce strongpoints. Steam lists the game as multiplayer with online PvP.

Which edition should I choose?
