About Black Myth: Wukong

The story is based on a classic Chinese novel and on Chinese mythology. You play the Destined One and cross landscapes taken from that tale, meeting a large cast of rivals and bosses on the way. Each opponent has its own strengths, so fights ask you to adapt.

Combat is built around staff techniques. You can add spells and transformations, and combine abilities, weapons and equipment to fit your own style. Between fights you learn the stories behind the characters you meet, not only how to beat them.

• Single-player action RPG with a mythology-based story
• Staff combat mixed with spells and transformations
• Bosses and rivals that each need a different approach
• Full controller support, including DualSense

Which edition should I choose?

• Standard Edition: the base game.
• Deluxe Edition: the base game plus the Bronzecloud Staff weapon, the Folk Opera equipment set (mask, armor, leather bracers and buskins), the Wind Chimes curio and a selection of the digital soundtrack.
