Pioneers of Pagonia is a settlement-building strategy game developed and published by Envision Entertainment. It entered Early Access in December 2023 and reached version 1.0 in December 2025. Your key activates the game on Steam.

About Pioneers of Pagonia

You play a Pioneer who guides a community across a world of countless islands hidden by fog. You found settlements, search for lost tribes, research new technology and deal with the dangers hiding in the fog. In the story campaign you sail as a navigator looking for the Tower of Visions, the heart of a fractured world.

The economy is the core of the game. You construct more than 60 building types and handle over 100 commodities, and every production step is visible, from forester to weaponsmith. Thousands of Pagonians work, trade and live at the same time, and roads, transport routes and bottlenecks all affect your output.

The islands are procedurally generated, each with its own landscape, tribes and challenges. You can win over other factions with trade and quests. Not every encounter is peaceful: bandits, Scavs and mythical beings threaten your settlements, and you answer with tactical troops and a strong economy. Shared co-op lets up to four players build, trade and manage resources at the same time.

Which edition should I choose?

• Standard Edition: the base game.
• Supporter Edition: the base game plus the original soundtrack and a pack of digital wallpapers.

How to activate

1. Install Steam and sign in to your Steam account.
2. Select Games → Activate a Product on Steam in the top menu.
3. Enter the key from your order email. The game is added to your library, ready to download.

System requirements

Steam notes that Intel integrated graphics (UHD, Iris Xe) are not supported, and that Intel Arc cards may cause problems.
