About Devil May Cry 5

A demon tree has taken root in Red Grave City, and its seeds are spreading a demonic invasion across the city. Nero, a young demon hunter with the blood of Sparda, arrives with Nico in their Devil May Cry motorhome. He has lost the use of his right arm, so Nico builds him a range of mechanical Devil Breaker arms, each with different powers.

The game has three playable characters, and each has a very different combat style. It is built on Capcom’s RE Engine, with realistic character designs, and the fights are set to a loud soundtrack. Steam lists single-player, multiplayer and online co-op.

Which edition should I choose?

• Standard Edition: the full game.
• Deluxe Edition (Steam): the full game plus the Devil Breakers Gerbera GP01, Pasta Breaker, Sweet Surrender and Mega Buster, Dante’s Cavaliere R weapon, three battle music tracks from each of the first four Devil May Cry games, alternative Style Rank announcer voices and title calls, and live-action cutscenes.
