About Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition

You build a base, gather resources, raise an army and take on rivals across large maps. The game has ten civilizations, among them the English, the Chinese and the Delhi Sultanate.

Solo players get four campaigns with 35 missions that cover roughly five centuries, starting in the Dark Ages and ending in the Renaissance. A story mode is aimed at newcomers to the series. Online, you can play PvP or PvE matches with ranked seasons, or play co-op. A match holds up to eight players.

The Anniversary Edition adds two civilizations: the Malians, who lean on gold and trade, and the Ottomans, who field the huge Great Bombard siege cannons. It also includes eight new maps and a beta Mod Editor for making your own maps, scenarios and tuning packs.
