Windows 11 keys: FAQ
Are your Windows 11 keys genuine?
Yes. They are genuine Retail keys that activate online with Microsoft. GGKeys is run by GGKEYS LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, in the EU. If a key doesn't work, we fix it, replace it or refund you within 14 days.
Retail or OEM: what's the difference?
An OEM key is locked to the first PC it activates. Under Microsoft's license terms, a Retail license can be moved to another PC you own, one PC at a time.
Can one key activate several PCs?
No. Each key activates one PC. For five PCs, choose Windows 11 Pro 5PC.
How fast will I get my key?
By email, right after payment. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Do I need a Microsoft account?
For personal use, Microsoft requires an internet connection and a Microsoft account to set up Windows 11. A PC set up for work or school can use an organization account instead.
