No. Enter your name, country and a valid e-mail address at checkout, and we send the key to that e-mail. An account is optional: it keeps all your keys and orders in one place.

Right after payment, by e-mail. Most orders arrive within 5 minutes. In rare cases it can take up to 6 hours, for example when a payment needs a security check. If it hasn’t arrived, check your spam or junk folder, then contact us.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If an item is still missing after 5 minutes, contact us on live chat or at [email protected] with your order number, and we sort it out.

A pre-order stays in “Processing” until the game is released. You get your key by the release date shown on the product page, at the latest.

In your order e-mail. If you have an account, every key is also under My account › Keys, ready to copy.

Every order comes with a receipt by e-mail. Buying for a company? Choose “Do you want an invoice?” at checkout and enter your company details, and we issue an invoice for your order.

Yes. GGKEYS is run by GGKEYS LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, in the EU. Payments go through Stripe, keys arrive by e-mail right after payment, and if a key doesn’t work, we fix it, replace it or refund you. You can read our customer reviews on Trustpilot.

Every product page shows the key’s region. Global keys work in every country. Keys marked for a region, such as EU Region, only activate there.

Game keys are activated in the app named on the product page, such as Steam, the EA app or Xbox.

Yes. Windows activates online with Microsoft: open Settings › System › Activation, select Change product key and enter your key. Windows checks it with Microsoft’s activation servers and confirms within seconds, so you need an internet connection.

Yes, always directly with Microsoft, and you need a Microsoft account for both key types. How it works depends on the key type shown on the product page:

• Online Activation Key (Office Professional Plus): install Office, open Word or another Office app, sign in with your Microsoft account, enter your key and choose to activate over the internet.
• Bind Key (Office Home & Business, Office for Mac and our Bind editions): redeem the key once at setup.office.com. Office is linked to your Microsoft account, and you install it from your account page.

If you reinstall Office much later and online activation doesn’t go through, contact us. Our support team helps you troubleshoot, and in some cases Office offers Microsoft’s phone activation as a backup.

• Check that you activate the right product, for example Windows 11 Pro and not Home, or on the right platform, such as Steam or the EA app.
• Copy the key exactly as it is in the e-mail, without spaces.
• For game keys, check the region on the product page.

Yes. Every key is a genuine licence that you activate directly with Microsoft or the game platform. We are GGKEYS LTD, a company registered in the EU. We sell each key once, to one customer, and if a key doesn’t work, we fix it, replace it or refund you.

Our Windows 10 and Windows 11 keys are Retail keys. Under Microsoft’s licence terms, a Retail licence can be moved to another PC you own, one PC at a time.

• Windows 11: not to activate it. The key activates Windows on your PC, and the licence stays with that device, not with an account. Microsoft’s setup asks for a Microsoft account when you install Windows 11 for personal use. If you sign in with one, Windows also links your licence to it, which helps you reactivate after a big hardware change such as a new motherboard.
• Office: yes, for both key types. With a Bind Key, the licence is linked for good to the Microsoft account you redeem it with, so you can reinstall Office any time by signing in. With an Online Activation Key, you also sign in with a Microsoft account, but the licence stays on the PC where you activate it.

Yes. Buy a Windows 11 Pro key, then open Settings › System › Activation › Change product key and enter it. Windows switches to Pro without reinstalling, and your files and apps stay.

A genuine key activates the standard way and stays activated. In Windows, Settings › System › Activation shows the state as Active. In Office, File › Account shows “Product Activated”. Be careful with any seller whose key only works with an extra tool or script.

Only when there’s no other way, and only if you want it. In rare cases our support team offers a remote-support session with a standard remote-access tool. You start the session yourself and stay in control the whole time: you see everything we do on your screen, and you can end the session at any moment. We never connect without your permission.

Every product page shows the key type:

• Retail Key (Windows 10 and 11, Visio, Project, Visual Studio, SQL Server): under Microsoft’s licence terms, it can be moved to another PC you own, one at a time.
• OEM Key (Windows Server): stays with the first server it activates.
• Online Activation Key (Office Professional Plus): activated inside the Office app over the internet.
• Bind Key (Office Home & Business, Office for Mac): redeemed at setup.office.com and linked to your Microsoft account.
• Digital Key (antivirus, tools, games, Microsoft 365): activated in the vendor’s app or account.

No, never. Every product is installed from Microsoft’s or the publisher’s official download and activated with your own key, the standard way: in Windows Settings, in the Office app, at setup.office.com, or in the game’s own app. We never send modified installers, activation scripts or cracks. If a website or a message claiming to be GGKEYS asks you to run one, don’t, and tell us.

Only from Microsoft’s official sources.

• Windows 10 and 11 come from Microsoft’s own download page, where you can create a USB stick or download the ISO.
• Office with a Bind Key installs from setup.office.com or your Microsoft account.
• For Office with an Online Activation Key, our Office download page lists the official installers, which download straight from Microsoft’s servers.

One, unless the product name says otherwise, as with our 5PC keys. Each key is sold once, to one customer.

Windows and Office 2013 to 2024 are one-time purchases: you pay once and keep using the version you bought, with no subscription or expiry. Microsoft 365, antivirus and other subscriptions run for the term in their name, for example 1 year.

Yes. Activated Windows gets all of Microsoft’s updates through Windows Update, the same as a copy bought from Microsoft.

Contact us within 14 days of your order, with your order number. We fix the problem or replace the key, and if no working solution is possible, we refund you to your original payment method. The details are in our refund policy.

Keys that have been redeemed or activated can’t be returned, because they can’t be revoked once used. The same applies to orders placed by mistake. Not sure which product is right for you? Ask us on live chat before you buy.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, plus iDEAL, Bancontact, Przelewy24 and EPS. The checkout shows the methods available in your country. All payments are processed by Stripe.

In the currency shown on the site. We show prices in euro, US dollars, pounds, Canadian or Australian dollars, Swiss francs, yen or yuan, depending on where you are, and on a computer you can change the currency at the top of the page.

Prices are shown without VAT. If you live in the EU, your country’s VAT rate is added at checkout, before you pay.

We buy our keys in batches from wholesale suppliers who purchase in bulk, and we sell them digitally only, with no boxes, shipping or store costs. That’s how we can sell below Microsoft’s list price to customers worldwide. Every key is genuine and activates directly with Microsoft, and if one doesn’t work, we fix it, replace it or refund you.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details in Stripe’s secure form, and we never see or store them. Some orders get an extra security check, which protects you and us from fraud.

No. You enter your card details in Stripe’s secure payment form, and they go straight to Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your full card number or security code. If you choose to save a card for next time, Stripe stores it, and we keep only a reference: the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry date.

Only what the order needs: your name, e-mail address and billing country, plus company details if you ask for an invoice. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect your data.
