Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1.Who we are

The GGKEYS Affiliate Program (“the Program”) is run by GGKEYS LTD, company number 207572340, VAT number BG207572340, Sv. Kiril I Metodi Blvd., 2700 Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria (“GGKEYS”, “we”). Contact: [email protected].

By registering for the Program you (“the Affiliate”) accept these terms.

2.Joining

• Registration is free.
• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details, including a valid payment e-mail and the website or channels you will promote on.
• Accounts are active as soon as you register. We may review an account at any time, and decline or close it if it breaks these terms.
• One account per person or company.

3.How referrals are tracked

• What counts: you earn on orders that come through your referral link, your custom link or an affiliate coupon code assigned to you.
• Cookie window: an order is credited to you when the buyer clicked your link within the 30 days before ordering.
• Several affiliates: if the buyer clicked more than one affiliate’s link, the last click before the order gets the credit.
• Cookies needed: tracking needs cookies, so orders from buyers who block or clear them may not be tracked.
• Lifetime customers: a customer you referred stays linked to your account, and you also earn on their later orders while your account is active and in good standing.

4.Commission

• Rate: 20% of what the customer paid for the products, excluding VAT.
• Product rates: some products may have their own rate, shown in your dashboard.
• When it counts: a commission is recorded when the order is paid, and counts once the order is completed (keys delivered).
• Refunds and fraud: refunded, cancelled, charged-back or fraudulent orders earn no commission. If it was already paid, it is deducted from your next payout.
• Own orders: no commission on your own orders, or on orders from your household or your company.
• Rate changes: we may change rates with 14 days’ notice by e-mail.

5.Recruiting other affiliates

• Level 1: when an affiliate joins through your link, you earn 20% of the commission they earn, not of their sales.
• Levels 2 to 4: 18%, 16% and 15% of the commissions of the affiliates below them.
• On top, never deducted: these amounts are paid by GGKEYS in addition, never taken from the other affiliate’s commission.

6.Performance bonuses

One-time bonuses when your referred orders reach these totals:

Refunded orders don’t count. Individual agreements may differ.

7.Payouts

• Minimum and invoice: request a payout from your dashboard once your balance reaches €50, with an invoice (required).
• Timing and methods: we pay within 5 business days of an approved request, in EUR, by PayPal, SEPA transfer or US wire. Fees your bank or PayPal charge on receipt are yours.
• Taxes: you are responsible for your own taxes and invoices.
• Small balances: balances under €50 stay on your account.
• Closed accounts: if an account is closed for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

8.Where you may promote

Always with the disclosure in point 10:

• your own website, blog or YouTube channel;
• social media;
• newsletters to people who opted in;
• forums and Reddit, where the community’s rules allow it.

9.What is not allowed

• Bidding on “GGKEYS”, “GG Keys”, “ggkeys.com” or misspellings in Google, Bing or any search ads. Using them in ad text or display URLs, or sending ads directly to ggkeys.com.
• Spam: unsolicited e-mails or direct messages, and posting your link in comments, groups or forums where it is off topic or against the community’s rules.
• Link schemes: bought links, link packages or private blog networks (PBNs) pointing to GGKEYS.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, hidden frames, toolbars, adware, bots, or any traffic that is not a real person choosing to click.
• Fake reviews or testimonials about GGKEYS or its products, or posing as GGKEYS staff or customers.
• Saying GGKEYS is “official”, “authorised” or endorsed by Microsoft, a game publisher or any other brand, or using their logos to suggest it.
• Promising prices, discounts or stock that the site does not show.
• Posting coupon codes on coupon or voucher sites we have not approved.
• Content that is illegal, hateful or adult, or that promotes piracy, cracks, activators or key generators.
• Domains, social accounts or app names that contain “ggkeys” or could be mistaken for us.

10.Disclosure

• Every promotion says it is an affiliate link (for example “affiliate link” or #ad), as US, UK and EU consumer law require.
• Links you are paid for on websites carry rel="sponsored".

11.Brand assets

• You may use the logos, banners and product images from your dashboard’s Creatives tab and the Media Kit as they are provided.
• Don’t change the logos or their colours, and don’t create new logos.

12.Ending the partnership

• You may leave the Program at any time.
• We may suspend an account, or close it permanently, when it breaks these terms (see point 9), and withhold commissions on the orders connected to the breach.

13.Changes to these terms

• We e-mail changes 14 days before they apply. Changes needed for legal or fraud reasons can apply sooner.
• Staying in the Program after that means you accept them.

14.Liability

• You act as an independent partner, not as our employee or agent.
• We are not liable for indirect losses, or for tracking that fails for technical reasons.
• Our total liability is limited to the commissions you earned in the 3 months before the claim.

15.Data protection

• You see aggregated data about your referrals. We never share customers’ personal data with affiliates.
• You handle your own visitors’ data under the GDPR and the law that applies to you.

16.Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Bulgaria.
